The much awaited Valentine’s party, ‘ISHQ’ was organized by Verve recently in Lahore.

Almost 2000 people from all over were present as Verve Events in collaboration with their friend Nauman Mansoor gave Lahore a memorable treat that will be remembered for times to come! Akcent played live in front of a jam-packed audience under a starry night in Bedian, Lahore performing their hit singles: Thats My Name, Happy People, Spanish Lover, My Passion (brand new single), Love stoned, Jokero, Kylie, King of Disco & Stay With Me.

Lahore was bustling with fun and frolic for the New Year’s celebrations as Asad Mirza of The Patisserie hosted an exclusive black tie gala dinner at Chez Nur.

Verve Events put together a fabulous party in Lahore this October to celebrate Halloween called Graveyard.

TGS (The Gold Standard), a new event management venture from Lahore held their launch party at OPM recently. 

After a long time there was a party where there was good music and great ambiance. Imtisal has finally made it as I feel he has carved his name as an event manager who throws high end parties with a purpose and not just for the sake of it.

Imtisal Zafar and Arsalan Ahmed Khan of Verve Events threw a splendid party titled FLIRT on Valentines Eve at OPM, Lahore that was the talk of the town.

Having lived in Pakistan, when one thinks sports the first thing that pops into one’s head is Cricket. If one were to widen the field one might even add hockey (our official national sport) into the mix. Football, however, does not immediately come to mind nor does the notion that an alternative sport could make its way into the local circuit. That was the mindset that had prevailed before Red Bull Street Style (RBSS) came to Pakistan this year.

At times, my heart goes out to our country’s journalists, news anchors, and producers. Media has never been so sensational as it is now days in Pakistan. And all kudos goes to these fine men and women who toil hard, day and night, to either make mountains our of mole-hills or sensationalize something absolutely trivial. They excel at what they do and boy do we love them more than the ever nonsensical Star Plus dramas streaming from across the border!

This review might not be suitable for all ages (literal and not so literal) and for people with various proportions of inflated egos. We say this because, this review, is about a party that (in one way or the other) will set the trend for a lot many up and coming event managers and commercial hosts out there who might think they have it but they have no idea what it really means!
